Dotted spoon rest, green Firefly

Handcrafted in Asheville, NC. 

Wheel-thrown dish with an altered rim to accommodate the handle of a spatula or spoon. Small enough to fit next to your stove top and save your counter tops from cooking messes that inevitably drip from cooking utensils.

Glazed with my signature microcrystalline Firefly glaze. This particular green variation is made with a touch of copper carbonate. 

Dots are each added precisely by hand using slip in a bulb syringe.

Dishwasher safe.

Approximately 5 inches in diameter and is only 0.75 inches tall.
