Shipping policy

When can I expect my order?

Orders placed during business hours will usually be packed and shipped in the next 2 business days*. Each order is hand packed to ensure safe and secure shipping, with 4 layers of protection. 

Once your order has shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number via email. If you don't see an email from us with this info after 3 days, please reach out to me personally at katiemeilipottery@gmail.com, and I'll double check on your order.

Since each piece is custom, shipping times vary based on the size and weight of your order. Domestic (USA) shipping generally takes between 3-7 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Since each piece is unique in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated on a piece by piece basis. Mugs will generally ship for around $7-8. Larger pieces like plates, bowls, and large planters are calculated via USPS here: https://postcalc.usps.com/

*I will be out of town from Sunday 10/27/19 to Tuesday 10/29/19. Any orders placed from the initial launch on 10/25/19 to 10/29/19 will be sent out on 10/30/19.
